Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the Velvida brand and its associated digital and physical wellness products, operated by Inspire Global Ventures Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By completing a purchase on any Velvida platform, you ("Customer", "you") agree to the terms set out in this Policy. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Koderma, Jharkhand.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on select products as described below. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Velvida offers two categories of products. Different refund terms apply to each.
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- PDF guides, workbooks, and educational modules
- Audio files and recorded sessions (Hindi and English)
- Printable trackers, worksheets, and reference cards
- Access to online communities (WhatsApp groups, alumni groups)
- Live or recorded Q&A sessions
- Diagnostic tools and personalised plans delivered digitally
Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link upon successful payment confirmation. As digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable except under the conditions described in Section 3.
Physical products include, but are not limited to:
- Hardbound journals and notebooks
- Laminated reference cards
- Printed booklets and illustrated guides
- Hardcover books and card decks
- Bundled physical sets shipped in branded packaging
Physical products are shipped via our logistics partners across India. Return and refund terms for physical products are described in Section 4.

- T3 — Physical System with Digital Access (₹2,499)
- T4 — Complete Library (₹4,999)
If you have completed the full 30-day program and do not feel a measurable improvement in your stated wellness or learning goal, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The request is made by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the purchase.
- The customer has genuinely engaged with the program content.
- The refund request is sent to hello@velvida.in with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST — [Order ID].
The following digital products are non-refundable:
- T1 — Starter Kit (₹299): Due to the low price point and instant delivery of the complete product.
- Individual diagnostic tools purchased as standalone products.
- Any digital product purchased at a promotional price of 70% or more off the listed price.
- Products purchased through third-party platforms are subject to that platform's refund terms.
- Email hello@velvida.in with subject line: REFUND REQUEST — [Your Order ID]
- Include your full name, purchase date, order ID, product purchased, and reason for the request.
- Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Upon processing, your access to all associated digital content, communities, and Q&A sessions will be revoked.
Physical products may be returned under the following conditions:
- The product was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- The return request is raised within 7 calendar days of the delivery confirmation date.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging with all materials intact.
- Products that have been opened, used, or written in (journals, workbooks).
- Products returned beyond 7 days of delivery confirmation.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
- Products where original packaging, seal, or shrink wrap has been removed (unless defective).
- Email hello@velvida.in with subject: RETURN REQUEST — [Your Order ID] within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
- Upon receipt and inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds for physical returns will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via NEFT/IMPS to a bank account provided by the customer. COD refunds may take up to 7–10 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Jharkhand and national holidays in India. Delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions are outside our control.
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download link or access credentials have been delivered. If you have not yet received access and wish to cancel, contact hello@velvida.in immediately and we will make best efforts to cancel before fulfilment.
Physical orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery per Section 4. To cancel before dispatch, email hello@velvida.in with subject: CANCEL ORDER — [Order ID] as soon as possible.
We do not offer direct exchanges on digital products. For physical products, exchanges are available only in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@velvida.in.
All Velvida products, including those in the Maan, Sukoon, Bond, Nidra, Stride, Flow, Sakhi, and Prakriti ranges, are designed for general wellness, education, and lifestyle improvement purposes only.
Velvida products are NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to their health or wellness regimen.
Refund eligibility is not affected by medical outcomes. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the customer's subjective experience of the program, not to medical results.
Inspire Global Ventures Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. For purchases made before any policy change, the Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
