This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the Velvida brand, operated by Inspire Global Ventures Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By completing a purchase on any Velvida platform, you ("Customer", "you") agree to the terms set out in this Policy. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Koderma, Jharkhand.
We currently offer 18 wellness systems (Mann, Sukoon, Sakhi, Bond, Stride, Prakriti, Edge, Spark, Earn, Wealth, Rise, Roots, Voice, Aura, Nidra, Flow, Seva, and the Velvida Journal), each sold as a physical, hardbound book. Every system is covered by the same 30-day, no-questions-asked, full money-back guarantee described below. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Velvida systems are currently sold as hardbound, printed physical system, shipped in branded packaging via our logistics partners across India. Digital-only tiers and digital delivery are not part of this offering at present. The full catalog is available at velvida.in/collections/all.

You are covered by a 30-day full refund guarantee. No questions asked, no explanation required. If for any reason you are not satisfied, email us at hello@velvida.in within 30 days of delivery and your full payment will be returned.

- The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The request is made by the original purchaser, from the email address used at checkout.
- No reason, explanation, or proof of use is required to qualify.
- You do not need to return the physical book to receive your refund.
- Email hello@velvida.in with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST - [Your Order ID].
- Include your full name, order ID, and the email address used for purchase (no reason is needed).
- Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within the timelines in Section 5 below.
If your system arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this is handled separately from the satisfaction guarantee above, as it involves a shipping/logistics issue rather than a change of mind:
- Report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery to hello@velvida.in with the subject line RETURN REQUEST - [Your Order ID], along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or full refund will be processed within –7 business days.
Once a refund is approved, it is credited to your original payment method as per the timelines below:

All major Indian payment methods are accepted: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery, Pan-India. The checkout is processed on a secure, encrypted gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
- Any unit purchased at a promotional price of 70% or more off the listed price is excluded from the money-back guarantee.
- Products purchased through third-party platforms (marketplaces, resellers) are subject to that platform's own refund terms, not this Policy.

Refund eligibility under this Policy is not affected by medical outcomes. The 30-day guarantee applies to your satisfaction with the product itself, not to any specific result.
Inspire Global Ventures Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. For purchases made before any policy change, the Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
